Westwood Funding, a trade name of Westwood Funding Solutions LLC ("we," "us"), helps businesses find commercial funding. This policy explains what we collect when you use westwoodfunding.com and our application, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

• Business information: legal name, DBA, entity type, state, phone, industry, revenue, time in business, existing financing, and the amount and purpose of funding requested.
• Owner contact information: name, mobile number, email, and ownership percentage.
• Documents: business bank statements you upload.
• Signature and consent records: your electronic signature, the authorizations you accepted, and the date and time.
• Technical data: browser type, referring link, and the page you arrived from, including any representative or campaign code in the link.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or driver's license numbers to provide an estimate.

How we use it

• To review your application, prepare estimates, and match you with funding options.
• To have a funding specialist contact you by phone, email and, if you consented, text message.
• To share your application and documents with funding partners you authorize, for the purpose of obtaining offers.
• To verify information, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

Text messages

Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems available only to our staff and your assigned specialist. We keep application records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing underwriting@westwoodfunding.com. Some records may be kept where the law requires.
